Mr Mark Kennel is a very professional man. He was quick in his response, very clear in providing his advice. He did the Wall Fencing within two days and used very nice durable material. His Wall survived the battering from storm Emma. Mark's Walls and doors are just a marvel with our neighbours, friends and passers-by. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.
