Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. He also repaired a leak on the downstairs toilet radiator which was not charged for. More than happy to recommend James to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it. Really good guy and would highly recommend!
