Robert stayed in contact with me through out as we agreed a price and planned a suitable date for the work. I was also able to confirm that I had purchased the correct equipment prior to him arriving to do the job. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls.
