George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Quality of work was excellent (plastered boarded ceiling, skimmed ceiling and tiled floor) and the reliability of the tradesman was excellent, always turned up on time and finished the job within the quoted time of 2 days. Very good value for money.

This was a very high standard of work. I had to work for the week and felt very comfortable leaving him with keys to my home. I would defiantly use Spencer again to do work within my home.
Brian was very professional in manner. His tradesman-ship was clear when he came to assess the work needed to be done. Unfortunately, the work needed was way beyond what I had expected and therefore, understandably,beyond my budget. I will be in contact with him once my situation changes to complete the work he advised me on. I gave 4 stars in quality and value as I could not ask him to undertake the work needed.
I offer all my potential new customers the option to view my previous extensions and speak with ex clients. I have a good reputation in the building trade and most of my work is from word of mouth. I do not ask for money upfront, I take stage payments.
A very professional and courteous company. We bought a property in September 2013 gave a list of jobs we wanted doing and a timescale (ideally before Christmas). we were in by the last week of November with only a couple of jobs left to finish. Chris was very accommodating and all the trades people who came were very friendly and extremely tidy which is great especially when you've got children! overall i would highly recommend Chris Williams and company and would definitely use their services again

Have had my own construction company since 1998. I have completed full house restorations. I do full kitchens, full bathrooms and all wood work. My family all worked in construction so I have been around building sites all my life.
Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
