Aberdean builders did a great job on the re pointing, there was a slight issue in regards to the original quote for the work increasing due to the wrong sq metre's being measured by myself, it would have been better to have this measured before the job was started. Although the builder was reasonable in coming to an agreement on the price.
Where attention to detail means more. Over 15 years exp. Domestic,commercial,interior and exterior. fully qualified. cscs registered. Please do not be put off with me having no ratings as I am new to rated people... our aim is your perfect home..

This was most helpful as a second opinion on poor work we had already had done by Roofmagic. He has fitted some internal doors and handles for us and we are very pleased with how they look. He even got rid of all waste at the end of the day and worked nonstop throughout what was a very cold day on the job. Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! An honest, hardworking firm who provided good value for money. Quality of job was very pleasing and they cleaned up after themselves! Brilliant I can't be more positive. We haven't had a massive rainfall since so not 100% certain all is ok but as certain as can be. Very very pleased

Finding a builder to build a retaining wall & two flower beds in our rear garden was not easy. Rated people.com gave us J P Construction. From the first telephone call to visiting and quoting through to job completion Joe was very polite and professional. Everything was clearly explained from start to finish. Excellent advice was given in areas we were unsure of to get the best result. Joe was very methodical and precise in his work which reflected in the excellent overall finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

The push button on the toilet broke, as not able to flush toilet Aquarius came to replace. 29th June 2009 - Shower leaking, water coming through ceiling leaving a puddle on the floor downstairs, will the problems ever end!
