James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. It is always a gamble choosing tradesmen you don't know but I will certainly use James and his partner for future jobs.

We used jps plastering (James) to have our refurb property's artex walls prepared & skimmed over. James did an amazing job, the finished walls are faultless and look amazing now they're dry and painted. He decorated our hallway and landing, which included wallpapering, painting walls and ceilings, painting all the new skirting and door casings, and painting/staining new bannisters and handrail we had installed. Lincs Domestic Services was the only company to reply to my post on RatedPeople.com. They were prompt to reply to my emails and reassured me of my worries. I knew the name of the cleaner before she arrived and she brought ID and a copy of her CRB check with her. There were a few teething troubles though I did not pay anything until those were rectified. I now have a regular cleaner who arrives on time and gets stuck in to the job at hand.
