Wow, can't fault John at all. He called to quote, and completed the work the next day. Arrived punctually, work efficiently and very tidily, and to a high standard. The early evening quoation visit worked for me and it was reassuring to have the job clearly explained and receive a thorough written quotation while not feeling under any obligation. We needed the job carrying fairly urgently and Andy was able to complete the job and produce a inspection report within the week.
