George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Excellent work from an extremely knowledgeable and helpful workman, despite the job being larger than originally envisaged. Phil was punctual, polite and extremely hardworking, offering advice and working around problems where any were found. He went around the entire kitchen and tested everything thoroughly after the work was completed, sent through safety/inspection certificates promptly. Highly recommended, I would happily use him again should I need more work done.

1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

Dreamscape Construction Ltd and Dj groundworks appear to bo the same company as Dj groundworks ARRANGED to visit but Dreamscape turned up instead. I was told an estimate would be emailed to me but none ever arrived.

We had new patio doors fitted. The quality of doors and fit was excellent. The work was carried out on a Saturday, which was really convenient for us. The old doors were taken away with all the rubbish from the job. The conservatory was left clean and tidy. We had other quotes for this job and know that we got excellent value for money. We will use PR Building Services again if we need any other work done in the future.
