Nick impressed from the start by providing a detailed estimate which he kept to throughout. The initial job was to decorate the renovated interior from scratch ie bare wood and plaster and was very demanding with strong colours cut in against white walls and ceilings The gloss finish on the woodwork was exceptional. I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. They gave a very good price and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.
