We never actually managed to do the main job as it was too difficult for me to find the appropriate light fittings (double insulated lights for a kitchen at the right price) however Jakub was more than helpful and patient with me and sent me lots of suggestions in his own time. Will definitely call him again when I do manage to find the right light fittings!

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Did not contact me at all. When I tried calling she did not answer phone or return calls; I called three times on different days over one-week period. My rating is only related to 'Reliability', and reflects the inability to get in touch with the tradesperson. There is no option on Rated People to avoid giving a ration for 'Value' and 'Quality' - please ignore those as they were not applicable in this attempt at transaction.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
