I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .
I have been providing residential refurbishment for the last 15 years. From kitchen and bathroom fitting (with basic plumbing) to flooring and all aspects of decorating, I place a big emphasis on quality finish and customer satisfaction.

Vaclav did a really good job, turned up when he said he would and charged the price quoted. Our floors were last sanded and varnished about 16 years ago so they were pretty worn. He re-sanded and re-varnished with 3 coats. I was particularly impressed that there was no dust and everything was left very clean each day.

We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him.
