First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. The cost of the windows was very reasonable with no unexpected costs involved. They were also very helpful in suggesting cheaper options for window style choice. Work was done on the roof & guttering - not an expert enough to really comment on quality of work. Looks ok, but time will tell. BUT, here's the issue: I'm still waiting for the invoice/guarantee! Told on several occasions, will get it on the day but still waiting & don't expect it now. 5 stars if I had confidence of a guarantee! So sort out paperwork beforehand!

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.

The whole team were (and still are!) fantastic from initial contact to end. They made site visits at very early times to suit me, returning with tools to test areas and offered to help with an asbestos enquiry (which I hadn't noticed). And all before being booked.
