We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

From the first meet, to completion of the project, all matters were dealt with openly, honestly, and professionally. Very pro-active in dealing with changes, and issues that arose throughout, with a helpful 'can-do' attitude, which was refreshing, and welcome. Being in the construction industry myself, i knew what i wanted and the detail and quality i expected, but never needed to worry, as all works were carried out properly. Really nice guy too, which made daily liaison a pleasure. Recommended to anyone.

Its sometimes hard to find a builder who you can feel you can trust as you hear so many bad stories. So I'm happy to help any future customers of Gregory tick that box when they are considering using him. Simply put, hes an honest guy. Not once did he try to pull the wool over my eyes and operated with complete transparency. No build goes without a few hitches and mine was no exception, but when we had problems they were quickly overcome. When we did fall a little behind schedule effort was doubled and his team put in 10 our shifts and worked weekends to get back on track, at no extra cost to me. If you are looking for a tradesman that puts in the ours and at a competitive price then you would do well to ask him to quote.

I wish to retract my previous rating, if there is a minus rating I would use that. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.
