From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

I am awestruck by this guy. We discussed and agreed a price for the job. We lined up decorators and carpet fitters to follow his work and prepared teh spaces for him to work. On the morning he was due to start he texted me to tell me he could no longer do the job as "my van is off the road" and "I can't contact my so-called partner Tim". I tried to call him straight back to see if we could salvage the project either by hiring a van for the few days needed or finding a labourer to help. JUST A TEXT! Be wary!

My job posting received a rapid response, and someone called at the arranged time to survety and quote. The quote I received was considerably lower than other quotes, (although other quoteds were for bespoke wooden wardrobes built from scratch). The product provided exceeded my expectations, and represents good value. The job was completed on the days agreed and in a quick and professional manner. I am delighted with the new wardrobes, and would have no problem reccomending the firm. They need to sort our t a few gremlins with their website, but I know this is ongoing.
