Again your comment is not correct. I had to leave before the cleaners finished, so could not have said that they had done a good job. Also they were supposed to do every 2 weeks, so how could I say 'see you next week'? Accuracy is not your strong point I see. Am not sure where you live but we don't get that much dust or dirt in 3 to 4 days... For reasons discussed over the phone I don't want your cleaners back in the house.

Unfortunately they are not a team. Oliver is the tiler and Michael is just a relative managing his schedule who has no know-how in the field. This created various issues since Michael gives quotes and speaks with customer to plan everything: - Michael quoted an all inclusive price but then I had to find a plumber as Oliver was not even able to remove a shower valve from the wall. - Oliver charges 300£ per day. Probably not the cheapest on the market considering the low quality of his job and their planning.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Very impressed with Lloyd. He was courteous and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently and made the minimum of mess. One of the installations wasn't in exactly the right place and he corrrected that with good humour even though the problem emerged at the end of the day when he must have been tired. Relevant certification was produced immediately after completion. I would certainly ask him back to do further work and recommend him highly.

As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

This company is dishonest. Stupidly I paid for this job before it was finished and have been conned. They turned up 3 hours late, did 2 hours work and left early. They insisted on being paid up front saying "don't worry we'll come back to finish the job, if we didn't a bad review would kill our business". We arranged a date to come back and finish the work and they never turned up, wasting my day. They've now stopped answering calls. Next step is contacting trading standards.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
