I wanted asbestos guttering & down pipe replaced front & back of house & also requested a water butt be supplied & fitted - the water butt & stand was supplied free so that was a bonus ! Very pleased with the work carried out , ended up having guttering fitted to my brick shed & down pipe to connect to water butt which was a better position as advised by father & son & I totally agreed - & the water butt is filling up nicely after today's rain :) I would certainly use this firm again .

Joe and 2 other guys (really nice guys, polite, on time, professional, work coconscious etc) have done an absolutely fabulous job of skimming my hall (upstairs/downstairs/ceiling) . We chose Quality Garden Offices to do our floor after reading previous reviews, We are so glad we did. Andrew, one of their carpenter’s turned up at the agreed times, we found out he does staircases so we got him to fit our new hand/baserails and spindles as well as laying our floor. Harris services were quick to call after I posted my job on here, they came round that day within an hour and quoted for the job which was reasonable, when up on my roof they were very good at clearing my gutters full of moss and pointed out some potential problem areas which also explained why we had some slight damp against another outside wall, so we had some extra work completed by them, they were efficient, friendly and good hard workers even in the rain. Definitely recommend them.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Very impressed with Lloyd. He was courteous and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently and made the minimum of mess. One of the installations wasn't in exactly the right place and he corrrected that with good humour even though the problem emerged at the end of the day when he must have been tired. Relevant certification was produced immediately after completion. I would certainly ask him back to do further work and recommend him highly.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

Chris and his team did an excellent job removing a large, wide conifer. No damage to garden and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Turned up on time and completed on schedule. This company is dishonest. Stupidly I paid for this job before it was finished and have been conned. They turned up 3 hours late, did 2 hours work and left early. They insisted on being paid up front saying "don't worry we'll come back to finish the job, if we didn't a bad review would kill our business". We arranged a date to come back and finish the work and they never turned up, wasting my day. They've now stopped answering calls. Next step is contacting trading standards.
