A friendly, hard working pair of young lads who did two excellent jobs on my roof very efficiently under adverse conditions. I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. They will be given first refusal on any future roofing job I may have (which is not unlikely in my old house).

Mike contacted me very quickly after posting the advert, and came out the following day to quote. I have just bought a property and needed work doing immediately and even though mike had another job on, he found the time to start on mine. I'm very impressed with the job mike and his team have done, I now have 3 new ceilings and 2 plastered walls, plus some extra work he's done and it means I am now able to move in! After all the storms we found our lead flashing was weak and as a result water came in to the property. We contacted Duncan Hood via Rated People. He turned up when he said he would, he did a temporary fix which we paid a £50 call out fee for (which he later deducted off the final bill) - he came back within a week and fixed the leading to a very high spec. Duncan is reliable, punctual, polite, and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A great job and a nice bloke.
