Provided a price from the photos then made a visit to confirm and did the job the next day with all of the equipment and left the test certificate as a chartered surveyor I would recommend and use again

I would give 6 stars if I could! Mike and Aaron showed a true passion and professionalism for their craft. Not only was my faulty boiler replaced in a day, but they also identified and made corrections to the previous installation. Really going the extra mile!

Arena did a very thorough survey of the building, and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the issues with a building of this type and age, and its intended use. They phoned through the quote within a couple of days, and followed up with a detailed written quote. Very happy with the service and the attention shown.
