Hired to remove 3 wall lights for £170. The work to be done increased, mainly at his suggestion, to £1,100. At the end of it 50% of the lights don't work (including Hall & stairs) and he wants £5,500 to fix it. He did not tell me there was a risk of the lights failing in what he recommended be done. Haven't got his address as still waiting for receipted invoices for £1,100. We are elderly and I depend on electricity for home dialysis.
