Solid Wood Flooring
I'm afraid I can't recommend this company. Communication was poor. The job was more or less completed, but seeing the time spent, the materials used and the state the room was left in, I'd say we were overcharged for both materials and labour. It was a bit of a rushed job. He just ran away at the end, leaving doors and windows wide open, and didn't explain to me what had been done. Perhaps he was busy or whatever, but not a careful job and not the work I would expect for the price.

Hiya nina I'm so sorry you feel this way about the job. I quoted you to remove the existing boards & sheets & replace with 2 sheets of 18 mm sheet wood from travis perkins at the Value of £54 per sheet plus gue &fixing £20 total around.£ 120 then Labour was £130. So the total was £250 to cut out existing floor and replace and fix down I only needed to use one sheet !! So that was returned and deducted from final bill £ 180 no mess left around after completion and I had notified you yourflat

I had notified you twice that I was leaving apon completion by knocking on your apartment door on the lower level but had no response there may have been a few bits of saw dust left under the carpet from saw but I was sure I had cleaned most of it up as the underlay was quite sticky I did offer to pop back to rectify but you said don't bother. I'm sorry you felt this way ak Carpentry
