Visited to quote but didn\\'t check installation space. Took 50% of quote as deposit. Installed PowerTank system above bathroom and next to bedroom directly on wooden floor � not recommended according to manufacturer manual (should be sound-proofed). They then greed to do sound proofing if full bill was settled first. Since then they�ve stood me up two times. I re-arranged work to be home, but they never showed up and no updates. Clearly not interested in finishing the job properly since they�ve been paid.
