Got contacted by these guys. They visited to look over what work needed doing & quoted £3000, we stupidly agreed to pay £1500 up front with agreement to pay the remaining £1500 upon completion. Deadlines came & went multiple times week after week. Every time we tried to contact them, we were either ignored or our questions not answered. Asked for our money back so we could hire someone else & they refused on grounds of it being passed 14 days, this is illegal. We will be seeking legal advice.

I found this company to be rather disorganised, however the job was done to my satisfaction and the clearing up was fine.
