Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Contacted us on Easter morning, offering to arrive at 1130,which was impressive. Turned up an hour earlier,faffed around with the cooker for an hour and then asked for £100. Gave a price for a new thermostat which we later discovered to be extortionate. What a rip off
