Franck is very responsive — he gave me a quote early the next morning after I posted my ad, and he came the same day to fix the problem. Overall, he is professional and works efficiently. The only small issue was that we didn’t clearly agree on the pricing at the beginning, so I thought it was a fixed price, but in the end, there was an additional charge for materials.
