It was a simple job—fitting five coving corners. John damaged the wall in several places while removing the existing coving, he also damaged the new corners. Later, his boss said I could just fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite clearly stating from the beginning that I would supply all the materials (which I did still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of o make matters worse, John didn’t use any floor protection and left a terrible mess behind.

His boss advised that I could fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite supplying all materials they still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of caulk. No floor protection was used, mess left and damage to wood flooring. Extremely poor quality and lack of skill—avoid at all costs.

Can not complain about John who came and did a two man job on his own and stayed until it was done. BUT, I was quoted a price then over £140 was added to the final bill. Saying materials were used I never saw or were aware of. Just be warned what you are quoted isn't always what you are going to have to pay. I'm very disappointed with this company.

Disgusting and need reporting, after looking more closely at the lean too I paid them to erect. Only half the fixing and screws and nails were used. It was rushed and unfinished. I've had to finishing the shingles on the roof myself and put in bolts where they just put screws. Then they have the audacity to charge me an extra £140 for materials they didn't use. Insisting they used tubes of resin, when I watched them from the kitchen I know they didn't use any such thing. Avoid and save your money..
