James is a lovely gent who was prompt with his responses. Although we did not take up his quote this was nothing detrimental to him. The reasons were personal to us. I would recommend James to get a reasonable quote to anyone.

Tradesman never got in touch with me to arrange for him to give me a quote so can't really give any other feed back
