I’m genuinely baffled by this company’s behaviour. They responded to my job advert, came out to quote for replacing two skylights and a Velux, sent photos of the proposed units, and agreed a price. After that, the reliability disappeared. Several appointments were arranged for final measurements, and they didn’t attend any of them. I waited in each time with no update, no message, and no explanation until I contacted them myself. Each follow‑up brought a different reason for the missed visit. Not reliable.

Kevin from K A Roofing was fantastic. Shared before and after photos, explained the problem and resolved immediately. I would have no hesitation recommending.

Kevin replaced a seal on a vent on our roof. Very happy with work, he even sealed another pipe alongside that at no extra cost. Great communication. Very friendly. Very competitive quote. Would use again
