Skirting Board Installation
Mark’s/assistant’s work was good. Some skirting had staple holes. He was informative and professional while quoting. Our requirement for replacing coving got ignored. Comms were sketchy, phone notifications were turned off often and we waited days for a reply. The job was posted as urgent and from first contact to completion took over three weeks, this was frustrating. We accept that he and his partner were unwell within this time frame for approx three days.

Wish Tony/Sophie all the best with the house sale. Quote was accepted 6/5/25 job was complete by 23/5/25. Had an illness within our household of 5 so was all off, apologies for that. Staple holes are 2nd fix nail pin holes ( skirting application method). Coving i don’t undertake and I didn’t quote for , for that reason. Client was always kept up to date even though I wasn’t on my phone regularly when poorly, apologies I was recovering. Glad your happy with the workmanship :) All the best Mark

Hello Chris. I’m abit confused to this rating/feedback. I spoke to you via message on the app and booked you in for Monday after 11:30am as you asked along with bringing to your attention that the ironmongery you had purchased wasn’t correct. Since then I haven’t heard anything from you , not Even a message to notify you had sorted another tradesman so I’m baffled to get this feedback, none the less , Hope the work goes well and please read my other reviews to see how I run my business Thanks mark
