I cannot describe the level of professionalism and meticulousness the people from this company have. To start with, Vessilie has reliable suppliers and he can get you whatever you want for a very competitive price. For example, the kitchen company I bought my kitchen from failed to deliver my kitchen and I was left with an empty shell for a kitchen. Vessilie, immediately, took me to Magnet Traders (one of his suppliers) and bought me a new kitchen on the spot (Usually takes between 3 to 4 weeks for a new kitchen to arrive) and for a fraction of the price. Moreover, Vessilie dealt with any problems that appeared along the way in a calm and professional manner. His people are so trustworthy that you can leave them at home without any worries. My kitchen and bathroom have been done to such a high standard that every single person visiting my flat asks about the person who has done it. In conclusion, my experience with NLBS has been fantastic and by choosing this company you will have peace of mind and brilliant results.

Vaselle quoted for the job and an agreement was made for him to start work in 3 weeks, with the understanding payment would be made at on completion only if i was 100% happy with the job. ( Note I would be supplying all materials such as bath suite, tiles, paints, taps ). On the first day Vaselle turned at up at 8:30 AM with 3 labourers who set about taking my old bathroom out. Then at 11 AM Vaselle said he would be going out to 'get some materials' while his labourers continue working and when he returns he would want his deposit. I was very surprised at this as he didn't mention anything about a deposit in his quote. When he returned at 4PM ( by which time there was nothing left of my bathroom ) he demanded 40% up front payment ( stating this was his 'rules and regulations' ) and a further 40% in 5 days. He threatened to walk out he I didn't meet his demands. ( I had little choice as by this stage I had no bathroom !) I offered 15% upfront with the remainder in 2 weeks once the job had been completed but he would not compromise and walked off the job leaving me without a bathroom and dumped all the rubbish on my front lawn.

Vasile and his team did a FANTASTIC job! The work was carried out efficiently and on budget per the original specification. The workmanship is of a very high standard and our new bathroom looks great. As extra issues arose due to a change in my requirement Vasile made a huge effort to accomodate my requests and went out of his way to source the specialist materials required and kept me well informed of the additional expense. A great job and I would highly recommend Next Level Building Services. I would like to use them again for our next project.

It all started well with Vasille being very helpfull and clear with what was going to happen. Shortly after accepting our job he was commissioned for another with a tight deadline which meant our 3 days bathroom renovation took 20 days to complete. Vasille was unable to oversee the project and left us with tradesmen who messed up time and time again. We are now stuck with drawers in our bathroom that don't close and look like a child put them together. We were also assured by Vasille that a new roof would offer suitable soundprofing but our upstairs neighbours can now hear every single word we say. Vasille seems to care about the quality of the job but when he outsources it the quality is just not there unless he is on site to oversee. We are unhappy with many aspects of the job. There were times when Vasille would verbally quote for parts of the job and when it came to payment the amounts would increase, we would have prefered to have settled on a price formally every time the scope of the job was going to change. We were considering engaging Vasille to complete our kitchen and other major renovations on our flat but are unable to do this anymore given the problems we had with the bathroom. Vasille seems to struggle managing when he has more than one job.

Vasile was always keen to make sure everything was done to a high standard, the bathroom looks great. More importantly, a month after the job finished the pump in the shower broke and was leaking through the neighbours house (manufacture error). I called Vasile at 7 am on a Saturday and someone was round to fix it by 8am this morning which was fantastic!
