Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived when he said he would, quoted a fair price for the job, and was able to complete it there and then. Tidied and cleaned up after himself and told us to contact him any time if we had any problems. Mike responded instantly to my request, is very friendly and has great customer service skills. When encountering an old electric system with intrinsic, unsolvable problems and faults, he simply circumvented the problem to reach the expected result. Great work!

Very professional and helpful
External Lighting
Would have given 4.5 if possible. Jobs turned out to be more complicated than expected. One part could not be completed entirely. On the plus side, the guys were prompt, polite, worked hard, and the agreed price was very fair.
