We recently hired Ross Property for a full interior renovation, including new flooring, doors, and a complete bathroom remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and attentive to detail. The quality of the flooring installation is outstanding – precise, durable, and beautifully finished. The new doors have completely elevated the look of the space, adding both style and functionality. As for the bathroom renovation, it’s simply stunning.
Bathroom Repair
Very happy! I had to pause the job after I ordered the wrong sink, then a poor fitting bath panel from Whirlpool. William was really patient and made everything work. I've already recommended William to family and plan on using again for another bathroom. High standard of work, great communication and very knowledgeable. Very happy customer.
Great job. Really patient and helpful when I made some changes. Arrived when expected. Great communication. All work completed and to a high standard. Will recommend to nephew for his bathroom and already planned to use again.
Had William round to install a bathroom he seemed pleasant enough and guaranteed his work. After 2 days the shower riser kit fell off the wall. He made promises to come out and fix which went on for weeks cancelling at the last minute every time by now my tenants were fuming. I ended up having to pay someone else to come and reattach it and fix all the dodgey looking silicone work he did plus the stuff he missed. I’m so disappointed .
