Matthew from Saxon and his co-worker did a very good and thorough job cutting back several trees and reducing much of the ivy that had completely covered our fencing and climbed into our tree. Very happy with the result and also like the fact that he keeps you informed about delays, when breaking for lunch, or talking through progress with the job and clarifying any questions during the works. Warmly recommended.
Garden Clearance
Matthew and his partner were lovely, conscientious and very hard working. They did an excellent job at a cost that I felt was reasonable. It was a pleasure to have them around and not even torrential rain stopped them from working. Lovely people. I'd highly recommend them
Tree Surgery / Consultancy
Matthew and his team did a great job in removing 3 Conifers and trimming front of garden. First class quality, good value and they left the place tidy afterwards. He comes highly recommended.

While work was good enough, this was let down by poor communication. First about being clear about the customer's requirements - this was not done until after the event and second for not providing a confirmation or acknowledgement of payment, despite a reminder. These are areas for improvement.

Garden Clearance
Matthew and his crew came cleared the bindweed and ivy at back of the garden, dismantling an old shed there and put up concrete posts and feather edged fencing on a concrete gravel board. They cleared and took away all debris away and did this in a day. They were polite and efficient. No problems. Good job. Would use again.
