Any work over £500 will require a 50% deposit and materials paid for prior to work commencing unless agreed with the management
All charges to be Paid in full before the engineer leaves the property any late payment is subject to a 50% charge unless agreed with management

Power Showers and Pump
Jay did a great job fixing our shower. Did the job in less than half an hour. Also did the job for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Radiator
We recently had Jay come to replace our radiators, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. Jay was also very respectful of the space, kept things tidy, and even took the opened packaging of the radiators with him. The new radiators look and perform great thanks to his skill. I’d happily recommend Jay to anyone looking for reliable engineer.
