Really pleased with how the new block paving has turned out looks amazing! The shed finally has a concrete base to now. All the work was completed within the week as promised. Really great company to work with and very reasonable with their prices and warranties.

Their work was like DIY. The concrete driveway is un even and creates a big pool when it rains. It is going to cost me a lot of money to rectify it. They also dumped plenty of rubble and rubbish that is also going to cost me

Their work was like DIY. They left me with an uneven driveway that becomes a pool when it rains. They also dumped rubble and rubbish in the alleyway. Both of these are going to cost me a lot of money. I regret hiring them.

Hi im very sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us, we always aim for exceptional customer service. Regarding the “rubbish” you told us to put the concrete from your driveway down your alleyway unfortunately you told us that only a quarter of the drive was concrete however it turned out to be the majority concrete under the tarmac. Ultimately if you wasn’t happy with the job you wouldn’t have paid at the end. You had £350 of extras at no charge to keep you happy we’ve tried our best for you.

As you are aware the guttering on your house is broken and the heavens opened… the wet driveway took the entire weight of the roof we did our best and If there was a dip in the driveway we offered that we would rectify free of charge of course and we have the message to prove this. We also said if you get the skip I will pay the labour out of my pocket for the excess hardcore. There was a contingency I may note. We hope we can work together in the future and come to a mutual agreement.

Would highly recommend! Punctual, courteous, attention to detail and very competitively priced. Will definitely use again They did a lovely job jet washing and sanding our drive, paths and patio. Even cleared the storm drain before leaving. Thank you!
