I was very pleased with the work Simon did for me as shown in my previous review on 24th April. However the follow up to his service has been very disappointing,l have not received a receipt or more importantly a certificate for the work done as promised.l have contacted him on numerous occasions but to no avail..A very disappointed customer.Jennifer Gadsby.

David is extremely hard working and a very pleasant, friendly and polite person. His decorating is first class l have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a painting job. He is also very reasonably priced, all round top tradesman.

This company has proved excellent in all respects. Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Ray the surveyor was next in the scene, very competent and helpful. The icing on the cake were Stuart and James the fitters who did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have here. Full marks!

Arrived on time, despite snow. Changed fitting and switch, explained how the circuit works and why it trips out occasionally. All done in an hour. Definitely use again.

Didn't seem to have the skills and integrity of a "qualified" tradesman. Said it would take two men two days to strip ONE room that I had stripped mostly myself. My budget was as stated £500, his quotation was double this at £1,020.00. He also overestimated the time to paint the skirting board, this would also take two days or more, the room isn't large it is 4mtrs by 5mtrs. His manner did not strike me as workmanlike, and I would certainly not recommend him to anybody i know.

Very disappointed. Electrician fitted another spotlight last week but it does not work 100%. Could be the light that we supplied or could be the connection. We wouldn't know either way, but even though he overcharged us in the first place - as already owed us £25 for a socket that he didn't end up fitting), he said there would be a call out charge of £35 to come and check the faulty spotlight.So much for 100% customer satisfaction.

I cant upload pictures on rated people it's not giving me an option if I had a chance I would screenshot the messages I sent you and no reply and also the pictures of the work you have done used gold screws have holes sticking out of the other side doesn't mean you did a great job 1* paying double to have job done again by another person on rated people

I have no idea if any good, price quoted was acceptable but unluckily did not turn up. A few days later appears they had been in an accident, never heard from them again.

DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Came when said although very late but could not do the job as said he had never done it before even though he came 5 he previous day to see job and give price.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
