Will at P2 was first to call and I knew from that first conversation he understood what I was looking to achieve with a CCTV system at home. He called to see us at home and was professional and a week later fitted and commissioned our new system. Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

Arrived on time. Did the job quickly, tidily and effectively. Extremely satisfied. When finished installing the new consumer unit he did not read me the riot act nor lecture me on all the other work required. He just gave me quiet advice and a very reasonable estimate to add the final touches. Just what I wanted.

Aidan provided a competitive quote very quickly, and managed to fit us in soon afterwards. He did a fabulous job cutting back overgrown shrubs and replacing fencing. His work was to a really high standard with good attention to detail and he left the entire garden neat and tidy with no mess left behind. Would strongly recommend ATC for any gardening work.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

Just to be clear, we asked for your advise about the most economical way to make the doors clear. You said you could repair the doors. In repairing the warped wood your poor quality work resulted in the door leaking which in turn stained the carpet. We would have been better off not asking you to carry out any work on the door. Your response to the problem was unprofessional and I would not recommend you to anyone, no matter how small the job.
