This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Highly recommend. I used Tip Top Services (Nick) to install 30+ LED downlights. Very pleased with the results and Nick was very easy to work with. A very flexible approach and willing to do all that was necessary to complete the job to high standards. Would use again.

Very quick response to my job posting, clear quote and job was also booked in quickly. High standard of work and good communication throughout. mixer tap, and toilet changed including plumbing for the toilet from hot to cold. Leak on outside wall all done within the days quote - very punctual, professional and stuck to the quote provided. No breaks taken - am impressed with him. Will recommend him to my friends and colleagues and use in future.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.
