All painting quotes include sanding and appropriate applications of primer etc If you require a price not sanded please ask All fixed quotes come with pics of your sanding job. put an example of unsanded work by a previous painter in our gallery so you can see how it starts to peal off. All decorating quotes come with a fixed price quote All other types of work including damp come with 1 year warranty on your invoice/estimates specifically relate to the activities undertaken,any additional work would be discussed before going ahead and completing/usually unforeseen circumstance. Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

They set a date to come and quote the job but never turned up. After getting in touch with them again and rearranged stayed in all day waiting but still never turned up. They now don’t respond to my text messages, was very disappointed still have the gutter problem
