Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Viktor put me at ease immediately by seriously wanting to get on with the job. It was by no means an easy task and I am very pleased i didn't attempt it myself. He attacked the task head on, needing to destroy the old wc to remove it. The new wc was fitted, very securly and Viktor didn't leave until he was completely happy there were no leaks. Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper.
