Chris is a very down to earth professional who did my kitchen floor tiling and wall tiling. Chris charged exactly on what we have agreed during the quotation phase, he has strong tilling skills and who also wish to go an extra mile to make it perfect.Chris is very neat and tidy, who cleared the rubbish while working on this project, he also fixed our plasterboard without charging us. I recommend him to people who wants a trustworthy, skillful and affordable professional

Patrick was always reliable and turned up on time every day. His quality of work and expertise were excellent, as was that of his team. Although the job required major renovation, the work was carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimal disruption to ourselves. Very flexible and the renovation work was finsihed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick at Element Home Improvements to anyone considering renovations to their home.

Having finished the original job we had requested to an excellent standard we immediately booked David to carry out additional work on our other bathroom which was completed on time and within our budget. I have since recommended him to friends. Excellent work and very tidy.

Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Alex turned up to review the work on time, was polite and knowledgable and inspired some confidence as to his competence and ability. Likewise with the work he ultimately did. I am so grateful we found Vladimir on this site! He was punctual everyday, very polite and cleaned up immaculately! Not to mention the amazing job he did on our kitchen tiles - which were not easy as the tiles were not all equal sizes! But Vladimir's talent has made my kitchen shine!
