Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Normally I am unlucky with plumbers (and roofers) I always seemed to be ripped off. CTP MCR are different. The job required the replacement of two sections of pipe for my bathroom sink. The price was £150 which I thought was very reasonable. The plumber arrived on time (well a little late because of the rush hour traffic) He immediately located the fault and showed my via the camera on his phone. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend using CTP MCR

Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. 3yrs after this guy installed my bathroom, i'm still having issues. The entire shower place he did is getting pull down because he did the hot/ cold water plumbing wrong and this had been causing me issues. Almost every bit of the bathroom he installed had required re-doing over the past 3yrs. He's cost me so much. Totally clueless self acclaimed plumber.

This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended
