He tidied up after himself & was very polite & courteous to our client. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Martin is a first rate carpenter and has done two jobs for us. One was board the loft and put shelves up there... perfect. The other was to build a fairly large summer house from scratch. Beautiful house.

They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Overall he is a fantastic builder and I would 100% recommend him.

Kris was swift coming around, giving us a competitive quote on the job along with giving us his ideas for the project. Once agreed, he was able to complete the job to high standards whilst arranging all the material needed. He's very friendly and has great attention to detail.
