Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Very pleased with the work carried out re-connecting the gas supply to our boiler. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. Pete and his team were friendly, considerate and respectful, provided a prompt quotation, performed the work to original cost despite a slight overrun (due to heavier drilling required), left our home tidy and clean, and with a fully functioning boiler again...thank you!

Great to deal with, works to find solutions and provides regular updates on progress. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.
