Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Steve from Phoenix Refurbishments did a first class job for us. He understood exactly what we were after but was also able to make some great suggestions from his experience. He was very professional and fair and kept us well informed throughout the job. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. Steve and his team clearly have enormous experience and dedication to their craft. I would highly recommend Phoenix based on our experience.

I could not recommend this tradesman more highly. He did excellent, careful work, as well as always being considerate and keeping disruption to a minimum. The tradesman completed a large amount of work, including locating difficult to find materials and sourcing a specialist subcontractor, within one week. His rates were very fair and I am hoping to hire him to do further work here.
