Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

Mr. Noel Duffy of sapphire home improvement was invited to give us a quote to fix our polycarbonate roof. He provided us with a very competitive quote and carried out the work very efficiently and in good time. He was very thorough, clean & courteous worker. We will not hesitate to contract him again. Graham answered my post promptly, came and quoted a good price and, fixed my roof in a very professional manner, in less than perfect weather conditions. Both he and his mate showed a good knowledge of the task in hand. I will certainly be using his services again.

Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. We are over the moon with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Matt or use him again.

Very pleased with the installation of splashback and tiling by Jason and his workmen. No fuss, just got on with it to a high standard and nice to have around. Everything cleaned up and will have Jason back for other jobs that need doing.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Rob came round really quickly and made an excellent job - came back again to sort out more problems despite having to come all the way from Weston super Mare. He is very friendly and helpful and the price was much less than I thought. I have now engaged him again to do a complete central heating system in our new house.
