Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Alex is truly amazing. I posted the job and got a response the same day with a great quote and start date. He arrived on time and as the works went on talked me through every stage. There were a few hiccups on my end with supply, but Alex was courteous and hardworking to ensure the fittings were done on time. Even now he's scheduled for more works as his workmanship is above par.

Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work.
