Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

Not the easiest job in the world, repairing extensive damage following a long standing water leak, full bathroom refurbishment and lots of decorating work. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
