Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Revamp Team installed a cloakroom for us in a very confined small space. The walls and ceiling had to be boarded out and the floor needed to be levelled. Ricardo always involved us in all the key decisions as well as providing his expert opinion. The quality of the finish was excellent and he used the best quality fixtures and fittings available within our budget to ensure a great job. We would definitely recommend him and his team.

We are so pleased with the work carried out. We did not know much about NPS before, and had to put a lot of trust in Neil. He repaid our trust with honesty and hard work. Our house being old, there were a number of complications, and Neil found a solution each time, without increasing the cost.
