Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I absolutely recommend him, I'm so pleased with all the work he had done, to give me such lovely wet room. Thank you. x

Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Alex and his team threw a few extras for me doing my fence posts and tidying the rest of the place. I am beyond impressed with the workmanship. Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room.
