Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
I pride myself on doing the best work as if I was doing for friends and family. the jobs I have uploaded are of recent job I have done out of rated people,but are 100% mine, with no Job to small, from any gas work to full installations of bathrooms suite
Arrived very promptly, did a nice quick job, cleared up all the mess and said I could always phone him for advice on DIY jobs any time I needed to. Really nice guy.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.
